1. Your Right to Cancel
In compliance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received the goods—without needing to provide any reason.

2. Cancellation Period
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you—or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier)—takes physical possession of the product(s).

4. Refund Terms
Once your cancellation request is received, we will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra charges for express or non-standard shipping), within 14 days.

The refund will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

5. Returning Your Order
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date of your cancellation notice. The return will be considered on time if the items are dispatched before the end of this period.

Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed or if the item was delivered in error.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Sealed products related to hygiene or health that have been opened after delivery

• Perishable goods

• Opened software, audio, or video content

• Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications

7. Return Requirements
All returned products must be:

• Unused and undamaged

• In the original packaging, with all tags and seals intact

If the returned item has been handled in a way that diminishes its value, we reserve the right to deduct that loss from your refund.
